El Dr. Carlos Hugo Dorado Ferrufino realizó sus estudios de Licenciatura en Medicina (1999-2005) en la Universidad Mayor de San Simón en la ciudad de Cochabamba-Bolivia. Posteriormente cursó la Especialidad de Cirugía General (2007-2010) en el Hospital Clínico Viedma, de la misma ciudad.
