VerifiedMr Ahmad is friendly, funny, and reassuring. I knew very quickly I wanted to go with him for breast surgery, compared to others I have seen. There was an issue with receiving the 3D images after my consult and I felt as if I was going back and fourth a little over emails/messages. All that was needed was someone to confirm my email to get to the root of the issue. Therefore in regards to customer service with the clinic this was a little underwhelming… This was a small incident however and I will still be going ahead with my surgery with Dr Ahmad.

He talked through the whole procedure, the ins and outs and gave me a variety of options that I could choose from. The consultation was very thorough, and I came out feeling relaxed knowing that if I went forward with the procedure I would be in safe hands.
