In 2006, Dr. Onur Oğan gained the right to study at the Faculty of Medicine at Akdeniz University. After completing 6-year medical education, in September 2012, he earned the right to receive specialization training in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Akdeniz University as a result of the Medical Specialization Exam. Until July 2018, he had the opportunity to participate in numerous reconstructive and aesthetic surgeries, including face and double-arm transplantations, conducted under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Ömer Özkan. During this period, he delivered verbal presentations at many national and international congresses. In 2020, he successfully passed the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery exams, a two-stage examination held in Brussels and Oxford, certifying his competence internationally.
