Dr. Ron Somogyi completed medical school and a five-year residency at the University of Toronto, followed by fellowships in reconstructive surgery at Australia’s largest cancer centre and in general and cosmetic plastic surgery at the well-known Melbourne Institute of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Somogyi frequently publishes articles and book chapters on various cosmetic and reconstructive surgery topics. Dr. Somogyi is personable and confident. His goal is to provide a comprehensive assessment to allow patients to make a comfortable decision. Dr. Waqqas Jalil finished medical school at the University of Saskatchewan and an intensive residency program at the University of Manitoba. Dr. Jalil then finished the prestigious Lenox Hill Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Fellowship Program. Dr. Jalil is staff at North York General Hospital, specializing in breast reconstruction and skin cancer treatments. Dr. Jalil is active academically in research and teaching at U of T.
