Soto Hernández completó este diplomado en la Facultad de Medicina de la UNAM entre 2009 y 2010, con el aval del Consejo Mexicano de Otorrinolaringología y Cirugía de Cabeza y Cuello. Liderazgo y Reconocimiento: Actualmente, la Dra. Soto Hernández se desempeña como Presidenta del Congreso Nacional de la Sociedad Mexicana de Rinología y Cirugía Plástica Facial, que se llevará a cabo en Mérida 2025, una posición que refleja su liderazgo y reconocimiento en el campo.
