"The Crisalix images were a game changer. Really need that to understand how you may look from all angles. It also helped see the slight or major differences between sizes or ccs. Patients not able to use this image system are really at a disadvantage. The staff overall was amazing and kind. You feel like everyone is “rooting” for you to ensure you have an amazing experience. Only negative was the “push” for the implants that cost $500 more (I went with the responsive) it felt like an unnecessary upsell. DR was really great. I was a little nervous that I had only met him the day of the procedure, however, right when he walked in the door I felt at ease.
