Dr. Burns maintains an active interest in academic plastic surgery as a Clinical Instructor of Plastic Surgery at UTSWMC Department of Plastic Surgery and through the Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship Program at the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute. Dr. Burns is nationally known for his expertise in cosmetic surgery.
