承認済みI flew from Miami (where there are plenty of plastic surgeons), specifically to have Preservé breast augmentation done with Dr John Burns because he is one of the only surgeons in the US currently performing this procedure at scale. His team and staff were the true representation of "southern charm!" Everyone made me feel safe and taken care and the whole experience was seamless. I highly recommend Dr Burns and his practice.

From the moment I walked in, the first impression was on point; the office is professional, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Burns himself was exceptional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through all of my options, providing a balanced look at the pros and cons for each. I never felt rushed or confused. I left the office feeling genuinely excited about my next steps. The entire team made me feel safe, valued, and like part of the family. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Burns listened carefully to what I wanted and answered all my questions. I’m very happy with my experience so far and feel confident moving forward with my surgery.

Dr. John L. Burns Jr. MD is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and President of the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute, one of the largest plastic surgery group practices in the United States. Dr. Burns dedicates his practice to aesthetic plastic surgery. Dr. Burns graduated summa cum laude from the Research Honors Program at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). Dr. Burns then completed his plastic surgery training in the integrated program at UTMB and became the first plastic surgeon in the United States to complete a fellowship in laser surgery at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSWMC). Dr. Burns maintains an active interest in academic plastic surgery as a Clinical Instructor of Plastic Surgery at UTSWMC Department of Plastic Surgery and through the Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship Program at the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute. Dr. Burns is nationally known for his expertise in cosmetic surgery.
