30/9/2019
El Faro - (Argentina) The method developed by Aguilar and Mayer puts traditional techniques in crisis. After removing the dead skin from the patient, through the use of an Ipad and software called Crisalix 3D, a scan of the surface of the face is made, which allows digital mapping of the face, and the creation of a printable file.
Crisalix 3D, is a company of Swiss origin, which worked with Hernán Aguilar, who is also a Programmer Analyst, in the development of software according to the needs of surgeons. The development to program the printable part of that scan led to an investment of almost 100 thousand dollars.
